Conference Registration

To register for the 2009 CCSC Eastern Conference please fill out all the appropriate/required information on the following electronic form and then hit submit. Upon submission of the form you will be transferred to a confirmation page. Finally, upon confirmation of the information, you will be transferred to a payment page so that you can provide us with your credit card information.

Alternately you can print out this Mail-In Registration Form (in pdf format), complete it, and send it to the address indicated on the form.

Registration includes access to all sessions and vendors exhibits, Friday banquet, Saturday continental breakfast, Saturday lunch, refreshments during breaks, one copy of the proceedings, copies of the CCSC Journal for the 2009-2010 academic year, and CCSC voting privileges for the same year.

Note that early registration discounts ($20 off Standard Registration and $10 off Student/K-12 Teacher Registration) are available through September 30, 2009.

Workshops
Workshops cost $8.

Workshops 1, 2, and 6 will be held Friday morning before the conference from 9:00 AM until 12:00 Noon.

Workshops 3, 4, and 5 will be held Saturday afternoon after the conference from 2:45 PM until 5:45 PM.
